This is all feeling very surreal.
On the US side of things, this is what needs to happen.
- I600A approval
- I600 approval
- I600 approval has to go through the National Visa Center
- Once it goes through the NVC, it gets sent to the embassy in Seoul
- Once the embassy receives the hard copy, Packet 3 is sent to the Korean agency
Well, all of that has been done as of YESTERDAY!!!!! So, now we just wait for Packet 3 to be returned to the embassy, and then M's visa interview will be scheduled. (Packet 3 contains the documents that they need to schedule the visa appointment)
There are many things that have to happen in Korea as well. I have no idea if any of it has been done, so it is still very much an unknown as to when we will travel. It's just nice knowing that everything on the US side of things is done! Woo hoo!
Hurry home baby girl!!!!
