Pain

No clue what I did, but my lower back - mainly the right side - is killing me. It started last week, and has gotten much worse. I'm sure there is no hope when I am constantly chasing kids around - going up and down steps - changing diapers - picking up dropped cups, forks etc... No rest for this Mommy!
