... just haven't had time to blog. We had a fabulous weekend. We celebrated my Grandma's 80th Birthday on Saturday. The entire family was home - it was the first time that all eight great grandchildren have been together. They are age 4, 3, 3, 2, 1, 1, 6 mo. & 3 mo. It was a lot of fun to see everyone together.
It was the first time that M has been around so many people. We have really hibernated since she came home, and have made her world smaller. She is still a bit unsure of strangers, and gets a little anxious/scared, but she did really well. When we got home, you could tell that she was scared, and the following day she was a little "off" ... we didn't even let anyone hold her on Saturday - but you can tell that she still doesn't know if someone else is going to take her away. It absolutely breaks my heart.
The weather has been miserable lately, so we have been locked up in our house -- which means the boys are bouncing off the walls. Dear God, it has been bad. They need to get outside and RUN and burn off their energy. The forecast for the next five days looks just as miserable.
Because of the weather, we still haven't been able to get sod. We're scheduled to get it tomorrow morning, so I am crossing my fingers that the rain stays away tonight.
