... I was at the end of my rope with the wait. I sent an email to the Korea program coordinator around 11:30 pm -- I wanted to call her, but it was late, so I sent an email instead. I was physically sick, and just needed to get my feelings out. I'll never forget this time -- I sat in bed for hours, by myself - each and every night. I listened to depressing music, cried, and was convinced that my dream would never come true.
... one year ago today our daughter's referral arrived at our adoption agency.
... little did I know that just 15 1/2 hours after sending that email, my life would change forever.
