"Coo_kie Monster ate the moon"

... that's according to my 2 year old son. He looked at the moon tonight and said "oh no! tookie (cookie) monster ate the moon. now I need to go and get that piece from tookie (cookie) monster and climb way up high and give it back to the moon"

LOL!

My 3 year old and my 2 year old sat and had the cutest conversation at lunch today. They are still very much into construction equipment, and are really hoping that Santa brings them a "great big giant front end loader" and a "great big giant skid steer" for Christmas. Yes, they are dreaming of the life size version of each. My 3 year old is trying to convince me that he is a "big boy" who knows how to drive. They have their little lives all planned out. N is going to drive the front end loader, and L is going to drive the skid steer. N told L that he needs to get one just like Papa's new one, because it is so nice, and it's really quiet. LOL! They are going to dig dirt, and carry blocks around ... or so they say. I just hope they are not heartbroken when Christmas comes and there isn't a front end loader and skid steer sitting outside with big red bows on each of them. ;-)

I gotta say that having a front-end loader would have its perks. I wouldn't mind it. A front-end loader would make short work of some outdoor projects when my back-end loader arrives ;0)

That's hilarious! Who needs toys - just bring on the heavy machinery!
