Life is so precious

I woke up this morning to an email from my Mom with some very sad news. One of my brother's friends/classmates was killed in a car accident yesterday afternoon. The car he was riding in was hit by a semi. The pictures of the car make me nearly sick to my stomach. There were golf clubs scattered around at the accident scene, which makes you wonder if they had just finished a round of golf (there is a course nearby the scene) ... and to think that in the blink of an eye a 28 year old's life was ended. It really hits you - and makes you realize just how precious each and every second is.
